Loft holiday rentals in Harpeth River

Carolyn was incredibly informative and kept in touch every day with helpful updates. Although there was a minor tornado scare (which, of course, had nothing to do with Carolyn), I felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely stay at Carolyn’s place again. The home was quiet and very walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. I especially recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast!

Cool place, very walkable, close to lots of good restaurants, Broadway, the Ryman, etc. Walked to a concert over at the Pinnacle. Walked everywhere - didnt need an Uber/Lyft except to and from the airport. Nice to go up on the roof and hang out looking at the skyline. Would definitely recommend and will look this up next time we come to town!

If you’re looking for a quiet and quaint place to stay in Nashville, look no further! The Nashville Carriage House was the perfect spot for us to stay during our Nashville vacation! The space was cozy, clean, inviting, and had little bits of Nashville charm sprinkled throughout. The location was in the cutest neighborhood and close to so many cute places and good food in East Nashville. Downtown Nashville was an easy and quick drive, too. The amenities, decor, and ease of access all added to the fantastic experience. Thank you to Bill and Debbie for their thoughtful hospitality!

Lauren was very accessible and kind, I had a hiccup finding the location but she patiently guided me. The place is gorgeous and accommodated our needs.

This was an incredible Airbnb! I stayed here with my mom for a little girls weekend get away and it was perfect for us. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable and felt very safe. We were able to park our rental car right outside the front door the entire time. The Airbnb is part of Linda and Skips home, but felt very private. My mom and I enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the gorgeous front porch. Everything that we wanted to do was very close and accessible (especially with a rental car). And not to mention, the place was spotless and very well-equipped. They thought of everything!

Greg is one of the most genuine souls you’ll ever meet, you will see that in the way he shared his home with you. He and his family have a way of making you feel like you’re family in for long visit. We loved Bella, she took her job of greeting you and seeing you off seriously. Greg’s place was clean, comfortable, cozy in all the best ways. We will definitely revisit again, and tell our friends about Greg!

Soirée on the square is absolutely stunning. We were so impressed with the design and decor of the loft. The host was extremely kind and the communication was excellent. We highly recommend this loft and will definitely be staying again in the future.

The place is close to all the happenings and it’s easy to commute. The gym is cool too with the rock climbing wall.

It was wonderful! James is an excellent host and the place was clean but parking is tight although wonderfully located under the units. Vehicle Spacing was an issue-some vehicles were too large and it was difficult with all the stone pillars to easily park car. but dont let that stop u from renting, just be prepared! The price was a lil more than I would have expected AND keep in mond, it was Easter w/e but felt over 800$ for 2 nights was a bit too much in all honesty. But it was very clean!! Great location!! Ty so much, James!!

Clear instructions on how to get into building, parking was easy. Very clean and decorated well. Stocked really well, extra towels, wash clothes, laundry detergent, bathroom essentials. I have found a lot of places have the bare minimum, so you need to run to the store as soon as you get there. She had everything we needed when we arrived. Also a recent trend is a whole list of tasks to do at checkout, but here all they asked was for us to leave towels in a pile and turn lights off. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Rebecca's for a night met our needs perfectly. I wish we had had more time to enjoy it, but we got a restful night's sleep at a great spot between the two locations we were going to. Super clean, easy to get into, peaceful location. I needed to eat when we arrived, and the snack attack bowl helped me out in that department for a quick pick-me-up. We would stay again if back in the area, and hopefully spend more time just relaxing and enjoying the space!

Amanda was a lovely host. Very responsive to any and all needs! Her place is beyond a little slice of heaven and the bed is like no other I have been in. “I’m picky”…. She is a five star hostess and very accommodating to any needs you have. (She even went above and beyond to get me info on the mattress I raved about)…. Outside of the home there is lots of different style food close by and beautiful scenery escapes at your finger tips!

Lovely apartment! Perfect one night stay and location for me and my husband to see a concert nearby - and close to great restaurants and coffee shops. Merrilyn was an excellent host and answered any questions I had. Would stay again if in Nashville.
