Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. Sitting on 20 acres of land, and slightly off the main road, it is a perfect place to relax, unplug and get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. It is sparkling clean, has all the modern amenities and is decorated to make you feel right at home. Even though this is a farmhouse, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.

First Turn Condo at Charlotte Motor Speedway!

This was originally Bruton Smith's Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view of the track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, it includes its own PRIVATE balcony and a side window that opens. If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 7 people inside the condo FREE of charge, additional people require condo tickets and will be charged extra by the Speedway.
