Denmark can be reached within a few minutes by foot, bike or also by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants close by. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach proximity

The stylish apartment is a new building and is located in an old courtyard. If required, a parking space can be rented. In a few minutes you can walk to the Flensburg harbor, past the Nordertor, the Flensburg landmark, and can stroll along the water to the harbor tip, along restaurants, bars and the shipping museum.

The beautiful attic apartment in an old Art Nouveau house impresses with its friendly, loft-like atmosphere. The large windows to the terrace (south) let a lot of sun into the apartment. The apartment has been newly renovated by us and is equipped to a high standard.
