Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. A perfect summer oasis for 1-4 people, if you bring your own air mattress, the house can accommodate more! Linens and towels are included! Hjortviken country club, 15 minutes by car. McDonald's, Ok/Q8 about 5 minutes by car. Landvetter airport 7 minutes by car. Travel bed (crib) for baby, high chair and changing table can be borrowed for free.

Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right on the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go to Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

Here you sleep well in a full-size double bed and a sofa bed of 140 cm. It is 4.7 km to Landvetter Airport, 22 km to Gothenburg, 44 km to Borås. 150 meters to the bus stop with transportation to Gothenburg. The apartment is located close to nature and good bus transportation. Adjacent to the farm is a 1.2 km walking loop with mixed forest.
