Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Boathouse

Welcome to the boathouse right by the lake! The perfect place all year round to recharge the batteries or have as a starting point for excursions. On summer days, you start the day with a morning swim from the dock before sitting on the balcony for a good breakfast overlooking the lake. On autumn and winter days, you can light a fire in the fireplace and take a winter swim before setting the table for breakfast in the kitchen, still with the same nice view of the lake. If you want to go into Gothenburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the bus.

You'll love my place because of the proximity to the forest, the coziness of the house, and a nice patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is about 250 meters to the bus stop, 2 km to Hindås with train station and shops, 9 km to the airport - you can also park the car here while you are traveling.

YOU COME TO CLEAN BEDS WITH TOWELS. There are toilet paper, coffee filters, hand dish soap and dishwasher detergent. A pile of wood by the stove and inside the sauna and as an extra luxury there is a canoe and a rowing boat ALL THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. Fishing is allowed with a fishing license that you buy on Ifiske search on fishing-ningsjoarna-oxsjon. But fishing for children up to 14 years is FREE. CLEANING is done by the guest, but you can buy cleaning for SEK 3000
