This was a dream of my mothers to have everyone together and Dylan knocked it out of the park. The decor and amenities are stylish and not typical of airbnb's. We have traveled the world and we loved coming home and staying somewhere that appreciates nice sheets, excellent pillows, quality appliances and beautiful background music. Things like creamer in the fridge and local coffee were so thoughtful and made Dylan's place just above and beyond. Walpole island is a nature haven and the water is calming and serene. The only 'noise' was the wake of the large steam ships passing down the river. We loved watching them. We went to church Christmas Eve and we didn't leave Dylan's place again. Dylan, thank you for being an excellent host and thank you for all you have done to create places that we look forward to returning.”

Beautiful view of the canal behind the cottage with a boat tie up and electrical outlets to charge your batteries for the next day of fishing. Kitchen was fully equipped and had coffee waiting for you to brew! Also had detergent and dryer sheets for any laundry you might have. Will definitely be booking again in the future!”

The bed in the smaller bedroom is little noisy getting in and out (we had an infant in the room with us). The porch is nice big, very useful during a very rainy day!”
