Our home is directly across the river from the Algonac boat launch and just a 2-minute drive from the ferry. There is a large open floor plan with plenty of space to entertain and outside is a spacious L-shaped deck. There is a fully equipped kitchen, no need to bring anything but your food/drinks. Located a couple-minute walk to a semi-private sandy beach, you can swim in the crystal clear, shallow water of the St. Clair River’s South Channel while watching freighters pass by. Enjoy fishing or watching sunsets from our North Channel dock or one of the several DNR access points throughout the island.

Located along the St. Clair River at the apex of nostalgic Broadway and Marine City’s Nautical Mile sits Harbor House. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise over the river while the ships pass. Have kids? we are situated conveniently between the City Beach and Harbor Park. When the day is done, sit around the fire pit on the water and recap your great day.

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

There are four bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room and front porch to sit and watch the freighters go by. Lastly, the San Souci Bar has just been remodeled and is open for business which is literally walking distance!
