The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

The accommodation was amazing to stay as a family! Plenty of space, clean and tidy! Everything was exactly as in the description. Treats in the fridge were a nice surprise as well!!! We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

This not not the first time we have stayed here, which is a recommendation in itself. We did have a problem with the television but our hosts did all they could to sort it while we were there, and the remaining issue they will very probably have sorted by the time the next guest arrives. It was not significant enough to affect us in any significant way.

Thank you for another stay in Stowmarket. We booked for a second time as the location’s great for us and it’s a lovely cottage (so nice watching the autumn leaves fall off the trees outside). The cottage was nice and clean, exactly as listed. It’s about a five minute walk away from the train station. It’s central to Stowmarket town centre (cafes, shops and a supermarket are all a few minutes walk) but is in a nice quiet spot.

Ian was a very helpful host and quick to respond to questions. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is great for a weekend away or a linger holiday. The location is quiet. The host was extremely helpful on departure. So overall a great host, location and accommodation.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

The Coach House is beautiful, cosy, secure and a walkable distance into Woodbridge. The bedrooms in particular are lovely — high-quality bedding, both en-suite. It's located in the very large garden of Julia's house, which guests are free to make use of. Because Melton is a mile or so out of Woodbridge, it's easy to drive out towards places like Orford (well worth a visit). Julia was very easy to deal with. We would be very happy to return.

We had another great stay and as always the hosts where there right next door If we needed anything. Would always recommend this property to family and friends and would return if we were in the area.

We had a fabulous stay at Baye House, our daughter got married at Tymperleys, which was only a 5 minute walk away. The house itself is amazing, I loved the furnishings and stylish art work. The dining table seats 16 as was put to full use as my chef daughter hosted a pre-wedding meal for the families, the two kitchens which had everything you could ever need was a bonus, as was the beautiful garden. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and Annie was a kind and helpful host. All in all, we loved the experience and it made the wedding even more special.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We loved our stay here. It looks just like the images, and is larger than expected. Beautiful decor, and great attention to detail. There's even a beach blanket and picnic basket to borrow. Basket with eggs, cheese, milk, butter, delicious bread and cake very welcome indeed. If you feel like going further afield to eat, The Ship in Kirby Le Stoken (8 min drive) is great, and very reasonable.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

I stayed in Myles’ flat for 7 weeks as a student at the hospital and it was everything I could have asked for! Super easy check-in / check-out, really good comms throughout, really quiet area, no noise disruption despite being on ground floor and felt really safe living there alone. The flat itself was pristine, well-equipped kitchen, good wardrobe/storage space and has a nice cozy vibe - feels very private. Within 5 minute walk of a big tesco, good bus routes - generally really good location. Thank you Myles!!
