The Lancashire cycle way runs past the doorstep as does as the cycling stage of Ironman uk.

A stone cottage with 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom with bath and shower 1 lounge/ diner, downstairs toilet and cellar with a small pool table. Outside is a small terrace with an annexe with toilet and shower. From this patio doors lead to an outside decking space with barbecue
