The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. Bed linen, towels, etc. are not provided for the stay, but can be ordered in advance for DKK 200 per person.

In addition, there are two foam mattresses in the cozy loft, where the kids will love to stay. New TV, but without TV channels. The TV can therefore only be used for streaming your own content. WiFi in the house. NOTE: Bed linen and towels must be brought. Top-insulated house. The price is excl. electricity, which is settled upon departure based on the daily price of electricity.

Vacation home near sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Holiday apartment made in the old farmhouse on a disused farm between Rønne and Hasle. Lovely courtyard that can be closed off so that children can play safely. Several table and bench sets have been set up for free use. You can experience lots of small birds in the garden and occasionally also deer and hares. Lovely large partial wild garden with fruit trees, cherries, apples and pears, which you are welcome to eat. Ca 2 km. to small cozy beach, forest and lakes. I live on the property myself.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
