There is a sofa bed (1.40 m with a good top mattress) that can easily be changed to a sofa during the day. It is about 150 meters to the beach with a jetty and beautiful sunsets. Approximately 80 meters to the pedestrian street with, among other things, shopping, cafes and restaurants. There are kitchen utensils for breakfast, etc. There is also a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea & coffee. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included.

The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

Villa Sofie, Lillehus (Karla)

Villa Sofie is located on Nordbornholm in the cozy fishing village of Tejn. At Tejn harbor, there is a small beach and a wilderness bath/sauna that you can rent. From Sofie you can take lovely walks along the rocky coast both one way towards Allinge-Sandvig (4 km) and the other way towards Helligdomsklipperne (5 km). Here in LilleHus (27 m2) there are two beds, a bathroom and a small kitchen with air fryer, hob/microwave. TIP: Villa Sofie also consists of StoreHus with room for 2-4. Find them together as well.

Right on the border of Blykobbe plantation, 700 m from the beach and with open spaces in the backyard is this tiny house, which with its location allows you to have great nature experiences, good hikes, running and mountain bike routes and a good starting point for all the amazing experiences that Bornholm offers. The house is small and rustic. Simply decorated and contains all the basics for a good vacation. It is 5 km to Rønne and 4 km to Hasle, and there are bus connections close by and free parking.

Our unique 100m2 summerhouse was designed by a Danish/Norwegian architect couple and was built in 2023. The historic stone fence beautifully frames the house and the view of the crashing waves of the Baltic Sea, providing stunning scenery from the common areas. The house has an open floor plan with high ceilings filled with natural light. It is divided into a bedroom wing and a common area, and we've decorated it simply with natural materials to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Annex 2 minutes from the beach

Beautiful cottage atmosphere in an old forge. Cozy old annex to our house, just two minutes from the beach and harbor. One or two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 4, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You share the garden with us, where it is possible to grill by appointment. In the garden, the renowned artist Frederik Næblerød has painted a mural. The kitchen is simple, but there is a stove/hood/fridge and espresso machine

The house is located in a scenic area between Aakirkeby (4 km) and Vestemaria (3 km). Close to Almindingen, a walking distance of about 20 minutes, the Echo Valley, Bornholm Nature Museum, bison forest, etc. It is about 3 km to the beach.
