Beautiful 32 m² studio on the garden level in a charming, restored old house, with terrace and garden. 25 km from the beaches, in the countryside on the heights of the village of Hasparren, 5 minutes from the city centre. A very peaceful place with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains (La Rhune, the Ursuya, Baigura and Iparla massifs, Pic d'Orhy and the Pyrenees range), located next to the Marmau Sculpture Trail, which is classified as a Natura 2000 area and is ideal for forest walks or mountain biking.

The exterior of the farmhouse is framed by vibrant green leaves, showcasing its traditional red and white design. Expansive views of the surrounding landscape are visible, with the calm blue sky complementing the serene setting.

Parties and events are not allowed, and quiet is desired after 11 p.m. Horseback riding possible in summer.

Ideal for relaxing while enjoying an exceptional view of the Basque mountains (Ursuya, Baïgura, Pic d'Orhy) and the Pyrenees. 100 m from the Urkodea equestrian center and 25 km from the beaches of the Basque Coast and Spain. This rental benefits from all modern comforts and tasteful decoration.
