The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Gelijkvloers bevindt zich de badkamer. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Het laatste deel van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin. Ook kinderen kunnen zich helemaal uitleven in onze mooie boomhut met schuifaf, schommel,... Er is ook een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

"De Dépôt" is located within the ring of the city, 300m from the market. The attic room is on the 2nd floor. There is a double box spring (+ crib). Tea and coffee are in the mini kitchen. There is a double sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The sitting area with TV is on the second floor. There is also the second bedroom that is available as standard from a third guest. Additional charges will be made for this when booking for two people (request).

Our two-person apartment is within walking distance of the city center, caught between the greenery of the Sint Pietersberg and the water of the Maas. The apartment is suitable for anyone looking for comfortable space to explore the city and/or to visit nature.

Best location in the center of the city. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located at the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the station. Grote Markt is only 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. ( the shopping street) We offer free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district a 5-min. walk.

L'OUSTHALLET: A small house in the valley...

Quiet and silence... In the countryside, at the end of a cul-de-sac, small cozy and comfortable guest room, private entrance, in an environment where the only noises are the songs of birds and the wind in the trees. The room is really cozy, walk-in shower, toilet and kitchenette, all entirely private. (total area = 25 m²). Private pool to share with us in season.
