With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. Some of the furniture in the flat (sofabed, dining table and chairs) have recently been updated, and the photos don’t yet reflect this.

The location makes it perfect for restaurants, shops, the beach and all of the delights that the old town has to offer. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours.
