A great air bnb experience. We arrived late at night and the instructions provided in advance made it easy to find and access the annex. Instructions inside for all amenities very clear and helpful. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and good shower. Quiet neighbourhood but still walkable into town. Recommended!

The barn was beautifully situated and very peaceful. We loved the family dogs and cats coming to visit us. The barn is right on the Cuckoo trail and so we enjoyed walking along enjoying the spring sunshine . A really lovely pub in Old Heathfield called The Star Inn is definitely worth a visit, it's warm, cosy and very friendly. The food was delicious so well worth the short walk from the barn. A couple of nights in this beautiful setting was just perfect.

Lovely stay at Joe's - beautiful view from the hut and great walks on the doorstep. Joe was very helpful, from giving clear directions to local recommendations (we enjoyed trips to The Abergavanney and The Juggs pubs which are both a short walk away). The sauna was a great addition and Joe had thought of everything in terms of making the hut cosy and providing breakfast. Highly recommended for a relaxing long weekend!

molly dishwasher is in an absolutely stunning location the pictures don't do justice to how stunning this place is your surrounded by the most beautiful views in the most peaceful location, me and my family had the most amazing 2 nights staying here and the little personal touches added on top just make it that much more special, moppy is an amazing host and let the boys help feed the animals on the last night which they absolutely loved, there is another hut on site but you cant see them so you have amazing privacy. I can see why lots of people who stay here are on there 7th visit as its a place you'll want to re visit after staying. we will defiantly be back soon, thank you for an amazing stay.

Great place to stay for my friend and I, we picked the property dude to all the walking opportunities it allowed for my training. Hosts very knowledgeable of local area and where to go etc.

We loved staying in the Bothy, the place was peaceful and such a comfy bed. We spent most of the time playing games on front of the fire. There were plenty of walking routes right from the door step. Perfect for us, we hope to return soon!

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

We had a lovely stay. The barn was really well presented and comfortable, with everything you need for a stay, including some lovely additional personal touches from Sonia. Sonia was really welcoming and showed us round when we arrived. It’s in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. There is plenty to do in the area and Sonia gave us some great recommendations.

Such a beautiful retreat - the location is simply stunning and completely quiet and away from any road noise. Hannah was always quick to respond, and the hut has everything you could need for a cozy night in. The garden was perfect for our (huge) dog too!

We absolutely loved it, located in very private village - was lovely to get away from our busy lives in London. Hot tub was nice and the lodge was so cosy. Thank you for having us

Tanya is extremely welcoming and helpful. She’s very accommodating. If you have any questions she always answers them within a short time. This is magical place - I felt like I'd stepped into a dream. The hut has been so cleverly and thoughtfully designed - they really have thought of everything. The setting is beautiful - it's so peaceful and the swimming lake was perfect. Caroline is a great host - it's a truly special place.

Second stay at the Bothy and again enjoyed a peaceful stay in a lovely location with fab hosts. Lots of little touches to help your stay go well and sitting in front of a fire with a glass of something of an evening is so good for the spirit.

Really enjoyed my stay and it was a well needed break from life’s stress! it was great that I could take my dog as it was just me on my own so I had company and we were able to walk on the land of which there was loads rather than have to venture out for a walk somewhere - I headed to Sheffield park which is a short drive away I spent the day there. Loved the huts and the added extra of the gypsy wagon which gave a nice rustic camp feel. Really happy with my stay and I have nothing negative to say about it. The only thing I found was getting back out onto the main road was tricky as it’s hard to see traffic coming from the right but other than that It was exactly as advertised. Simple peaceful living for a few days Thanks

Lovely private and secluded spot. Darren was a wonderful host. Very communicative and provided a great local restaurant recommendation. The room was spotless and comfortable. The private patio and jacuzzi were very well tended to and clean and he gave a great orientation so that we could feel right at home and have a comfortable stay. Breakfast was spot on. Very cosy cabin set in spectacular nature including the beautiful forests just across a field. The cabin has everything you need for a short stay and the firepit and BBQ is fab for good weather. We also had the pleasure of nightingales singing through the evenings! A perfect escape from London. Host was very kind and helpful with both the property and local attractions.

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful setting and very homely. Janet was a great host and was very helpful. The breakfast and freshly made cake were lovely extra touches. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful countryside getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Ebony's shepherd's hut, she made sure we had a very comfortable stay even getting us coal for the BBQ! Her ducks are very friendly too.

Lovely little hut with gorgeous views. The place was very comfortable and cosy, and the hot tub was lovely. Alison was very accommodating when I asked about the hot tub being warmed up before we arrived and got it started early for us. The only downside for me was the road was noisy, despite being a fair distance away but this cannot be helped, and does not detract from the lovely time we had staying here for my partners birthday. Thank you Alison!
