A beautiful, two-double-bedroom space, arranged over the top floor of our house & accessed via our front door & stairs. It includes a private bathroom & kitchenette. Ideally located in the heart of Hastings old town, the accommodation is moments from the beach, fishing harbour, excellent independent shops, museums, galleries, eateries, great pubs & glorious walks in areas of outstanding natural beauty. With calm, lovingly designed interiors, this truly is a home from home in which to unwind.

The Old Town Annexe is a 12 minute stroll to Historic Hastings Old Town and is on the cusp of the beautiful Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve with its wonderful walks and breathtaking views. The Annexe is self contained and benefits from off road parking accessed via a pathway, and its own outdoor area with bistro table and seating. Internally there is a private bathroom with shower over bath, tea and coffee making facilities, milk and breakfast cereals, fridge, double bedroom and sofa bed.

Fantastic holiday home with pool

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Ideally located Next to all the main facilities on site parking 3bedrooms sleeps 6 with sea view from veranda Complimentary tea coffee and sugar bedding and ONLY HAND towels supplied you can purchase your entertainment passes at reception for use of there facilities PLEASE NOTE no bath towels are supplied Later/earlier check ins are an additional £10 per hour Please note from 18th November haven facilities are closed and reopen on 1st March

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Annexe is self contained with its own private entrance & self check-in. Free on street unlimited parking is available. The Annexe is link attached to the hosts home & has been been renovated to a high standard. A small private outside seating area is available set within the hosts garden. The beach, picturesque Old Town, with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes all a short 20 minute walk or car drive away! (SorryWe cannot accommodate pets)

A spacious annex, pub/restaurant short walk, driveway parking, keybox, and large garden. Conquest Hospital is a 10 minute walk, Hastings a 5 min drive (or 45 min walk), Rye a 30 minute drive. Double bed & en-suite. Touch lamps, usb fans. Lounge with sink/drainer, TV/, 100's DVD"s, and standard fridge. Limited cooking, but there's an induction hob and microwave.
