The cabin feels secluded and peaceful, yet is in a central location close to all the Palmer/Wasilla area has to offer and also a quick drive to Anchorage. Enjoy some local coffee or tea on the deck, admire art by local Alaskan artists, and sit by the fireplace and read a book by an Alaskan author. You are sure to be cozy in this home away from home.

Cottage at Rose Ridge

The Cottage is a modern Vacation home near Palmer, AK. Situated on 10 acres of forest we frequently have mostly harmless moose wander through the yard. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. (Comfortable inflatable bed available upon request). Rose Ridge is 15 minutes from Palmer at the base of beautiful Hatcher Pass. Wasilla is 25 minutes and Anchorage is 1 hour away. We are close to area attractions and activities.

Forestlane Cottage 2

Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

The home is crafted to provide you with over 420 Sq Feet of carefully planned space offering a fully functional kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a custom tiled shower. It is truly magical to soak outdoors under the night sky in the privacy of your own hot tub!

The chalet is located about 15 minutes from Palmer Proper in the rural Butte, only minutes from the Reindeer Farm and Pyrahs "You Pick" Farm. We look forward to having you join us!

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.

Beautiful new log cabin that's perfect for families or small groups. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a large great room with a spacious kitchen and dining area on one side and a living area on the other. This cabin has beautiful views of Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains. It's very close to many recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, 4 wheeling etc. It's 40 minutes from Anchorage. Washer and dryer in cabin. No pets please.
