We had a very pleasant 2 night stay at Sonia's. The house had a very homely vibe n elegant decor...n was squeaky clean (dats something we really appreciate!). n it looks exactly the same as in pictures!!!

I had an amazing stay! The place is tastefully done, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were super friendly, helpful, and responsive to any questions. I truly felt at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The studio apartment is exactly like the description- beautifully decorated and well maintained- all essential amenities are there. The property has a beautiful golf course inside and it is close to the ITC Grand Bharat. The place is safe, comfortable, private and peaceful. The host is very responsive, always reachable over phone and gave clear instructions for everything. We stayed there for 5-6 days and felt at home. She also allowed us late check out. The only downside is there is no supermarket or grocery stores around, but the caretaker can help to buy things if needed. We will definitely book this place again. Very nice place. If you like quietness, silence, peace, wilderness and wide open spaces then you will enjoy it. Nice cosy residential property in a very big farm land. You will be in the lap of nature. Can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner under different trees, comfortable hammock and canopy under huge trees with lots of birds chirping. The staff was extremely warm and hospitable. Sanjiv (host) is very responsive and helpful too. His flexibility provided for an early check in and late check out was a very warm gesture from his end. The cook and caretaker (Baani) are very warm, hospitable and helpful. The farm house is the last of the farm houses on a stretch of barren land, post which the rocky barren jungle starts. There aren't residential complexes or properties in radius of few miles, which makes the place very quiet and peaceful. The last few miles to the place is a broken road but good enough for vehicles to travel and reach there.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful property. It was the perfect getaway for me and my five friends. The surroundings were serene and ideal for a relaxing break. The host was warm and welcoming, and the caretaker was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat!

The place is a studio apartment located beautifully adjacent to the Golf course. The mornings and evenings here are peaceful and serene. Would love to come back here sometime again.

Lovely experience. Had a great time at the place. Listing was as described. Beautiful and well maintained place. Staff there was very helpful. Detailed instructions were share on how to reach the place. Great place to hangout with family and friends away from the bustle of the city. Serene environment. I would surely visit again. Absolute gem of a place! Pankaj jee is always available on messages and we had no trouble finding the place. The large, open balcony was where we spent most of the time - beautiful view of the golf course, a pond and the club house. Loved seeing new birds here, peacocks came in the evening and even a little fox around the parking area. The Villa is spacious and the bedrooms are large. Lots of greenery around, temp was 2-3 lower than Delhi and clear blue skies. We took lots of walks around. For food, Zomato delivers in 40-50 mins and the Club House serves good food too. There the kids spent sometime playing TT, Badminton and using the gym for a while. Overall, great satisfying trip. The villa is highly recommended and the swimming pool will be operational from the 1st of April. PS: Gated community, feels secure all the time
