The cabin is located in green surroundings, in the middle of the Smørøyet for those who like to go on top tours, and close to forests, and pastures. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where you will find shops, a marina and a cafe. Within 2 km you will find the church, convenience store, quay with fishing opportunities and Nedstrand "Høyt og Lavt" climbing park. The cabin is of a nice standard, has good space for both children and adults. Good parking facilities. For those who bring a kayak/canoe, it is recommended to paddle both from Leirå Strand and in Lysevatnet.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

The apartment is a separate unit with its own entrance (the hosts live upstairs, therefore do not want a party in the apartment) near the bus station, city center, shops and hiking trails. If you want to take a day trip to Utsira or Røvær you can walk down to the quay in 12-15 min. Or maybe you want to visit the Viking farm at Avaldsnes, Bukkøy which is an 18 min drive. Herring Jazz in August, the harbor days and the film festival are popular activities in the city center.
