The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. An atmospheric cottage in the Porvoo archipelago, in Vessöö. The cottage sleeps 4. The kitchen is well-equipped and you can enjoy the summer evening on the terrace, where the evening sun shines. There are horses in the yard and you can visit the farm's own farm museum, which is located in a barn built in the 18th century. Here you can explore the cultural landscapes and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Possibility of fishing and SUP boarding (15 €/3 h), pier 2.5 km away. 10 km to the public beach.

Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Just a 35-minute drive from Helsinki and airport, in the forrest of our House Kekkapaa ; a perfect romantic weekend getaway if you want to enjoy a private wood-fired sauna( only in your use ) , the peaceful Espoo countryside, and the surrounding nature. We are within walking distance of Lake Myllyjärvi and Backby Manor with its spa and restaurant services. On our farm, you’ll also find dogs, horses, a cat, and chickens. The cabin was originally designed by an architect family for themselves.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

Petsamo Apartment is fully equipped, light and spacious upper floor apartment in a private wooden house. Two bedrooms and a big open space for kitchen and living room with two sofa bed. About 80 square meters, accommodates max 7 persons. Own entrance, free parking and free use of the patio with grill. Situated in green and quiet environment, 700 meters to the centre and 1500 meters to the railway station. Good train connections: 50 minutes to Helsinki and one hour to the Helsinki airport.

Beach cottage near Messilä (about 2 km)

A large beach plot located near Messilä's slopes, ski trails and golf course. Come spend your vacation near Messilä holiday resort. Private beach. Main cottage: living room, kitchen + 3 bedrooms and toilet, total 90 m2. There is also another cottage on the plot, with 4 separate beds upstairs. Modern kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The sauna building has a shower, an electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna, which also has a wood-fired hot tub.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

Cozy cottage with sunny yard and swimming pond

This cozy cottage welcomes you to spend relaxing get-aways and longer remote work stays in the middle of beautiful and peaceful finnish nature. Cottage has two spacious cabins, a well-equipped kitchen, and a good sauna. The charming swimming pond is just a few steps and stairs away from the cottage. There is good wifi, big sunny lawn and no neighbours in sight - so you can swim in your birthday suite if you want :) The nearest grocery store is 12 min ride away.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

Cute Cottage in Finnish Landscape

Cosy countryside cottage in the middle of nowhere. Cottage is located in same yard where the hosts home is. 15km to Riihimäki and 75km to Helsinki. Fully equipped kitchen with running water (both hot and cold water). Sauna in a separate building, built in 1930's. No shower there but traditional bucket shower works. Outdoor toilet. Four beds and one crib for baby. Good place for some hiking, biking and relaxing.
