A train stop 50m away connects to Bastia city center in 3 minutes and to Corte, Ajaccio, or Calvi in a few hours. The city center and the beach are just a short walk away. There is private outdoor parking with a barrier. Wi-Fi and Netflix are available. A Monoprix and Picard grocery store are 400 meters away

From the terrace, the view and access (via a staircase about 3 meters away) are direct. The apartment is air-conditioned for real comfort in summer and winter. Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine.
