Located in the heart of our "little ranch", you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the typical mountains of Saint Florent in the heart of this landscape classified as a "Grand Site de France". Our accommodation is suitable for travellers who like simplicity: life in a caravan is a change of scenery :) and requires a few compromises!

Clos du Mouflon, Mermaid Shelter

The Mermaid Shelter is an independent cottage adjoining the main house and the Admiral's refuge, further away. Living room with kitchenette and 140 cm alcove bed, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80 cm), a bathroom with toilet. The "U FRAGNU" Wine Press

It is a 500-year-old building, it is an old wine press called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical construction and entirely built with the stones of the village, it is in the middle of an old vineyard with its small stream that flows at its feet. You can enjoy its private covered terrace, its very sunny garden overlooking our beautiful mountains as well as its stone swimming pool from which flows its waterfall that will soothe you.

We also run the A Nepita bar-restaurant on the fountain square in Matra, 2 km from the gîte, where we serve sophisticated cuisine made using local produce. Farm visits available by appointment, depending on the season.
