In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

As an annex to our accommodation, the rental includes : a comfortable bedroom of 16m² (bed 160), an equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet, a large living room of 30 m² with sofa bed, fireplace, TV and access to sauna and jacuzzi, private terrace, garden furniture. Free access to the fenced landscaped garden and pond.

Fully renovated house in the heart of Beautour No car needed, you will find all the local shops: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, tobacco shop a few meters from the accommodation. The busway is less than a 4-minute walk away and will allow you to access the city center in less than 15 minutes (free on weekends) Enjoy the banks of the Sèvre, just a 2-minute walk away. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the airport and the Beaujoire Stadium.

La Forge du Curé, nature and authenticity

Located in the outbuildings of a former presbytery, the Forge du Curé welcomes you quietly, not far from the Sèvre. The totally independent accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with sofa bed and TV. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet neighborhood, accessible only by car.

Our house is from the 1950s, it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom... with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access to the garden through the boiler room. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is calm.
