Large house with all comforts and very well equipped, spacious rooms, beautiful living room and small nice garden the covered space allows you to enjoy it even when it's not super nice. I recommend it with friends or family. Thanks to David for being responsive and welcoming 👍

Authentic and welcoming home. We warmly thank Tom for his kindness, responsiveness and flexibility. Despite a faulty shower (Tom and Maryline had warned us and had attempted a last-minute repair), we had a pleasant weekend with a family of 8 people. The bedrooms, bathroom and living rooms are spacious and bright. The only minor downside for some will have been not being able to enjoy the garden at the back of the house due to lack of maintenance (but nothing very serious!). The place is charming and the neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming!

very nice recent accommodation near Lac du Der

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful house in Lac du Der. Our host, Aude, was extremely responsive and available by message, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. The house is not only beautiful but also very well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the board games area, which was very complete and allowed us to spend pleasant moments with our family. The exterior is fully fenced and unobstructed, which is ideal for children and pets. We highly recommend this place and will happily return during our next stay in the area. Thanks again to Aude for her warm welcome and availability!

quality cottage with many services on site, archery (child), pétanque, swimming pool, jacuzzi,billiards, foosball, board games. You can't get bored! All in a green and peaceful setting! For the sleeping area, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable bedding. It's nice for a cottage of this capacity not to have a dorm, each person can have their privacy. The kitchen is functional. I would highly recommend it!

Very friendly hosts. Place cozy, just like the pictures. Lots of lovely touches. Very very clean. Especially cozy is the fireplace and the possibility to buy and enjoy local products. We were very pleased with this stay and thank Virginie for the proactive warm hospitality.
