15 km from Annecy (20 min), in the countryside, 38 m2 independent studio in the owners' house. Close to Lake Annecy, you will be quiet with panoramic views of the mountains (Mont Blanc, Tournette, etc...). The cottage is close to many hiking or mountain biking trails and tourist attractions. Linens and towels not provided (possibility to rent them). If renting for 5 nights or more, we provide them free of charge. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay.

40-square-metre flat on the first floor of my house. Separate bedroom. Private entrance. There is only one apartment, so you will be the only guests. Nonglard is a small, very quiet village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so I am available to welcome you and offer you advice. Check-in time is flexible. The property is enclosed and accessed via an electric gate. Please note, I do not accept pets....
