We welcome you to a village close to the main roads. Located in the Neufchâtelois region, ideal for family vacations, the house is located in a quiet and relaxing country setting. Walks in the Eawy forest or on the Avenue Verte Paris-London (5 minutes away). Discover the local heritage (Château de Mesnières 5 min, Rouen 40 min by A 28, Forges-les-Eaux 20 min...). Stroll along the beach or taste seafood in a restaurant facing the port of Dieppe (30 minutes).

Renovated cottage located in a green environment, in the heart of the countryside of the Pays de Caux located halfway between Rouen and Le Havre. This cottage is located in a small quiet village, 30 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the city center. The house has many amenities. Many activities nearby for young and old (Bocasse amusement park, "Lac de Caniel" leisure park, tree climbing, hiking trail, museum, zoo, leisure center in Jumièges...)

Come and stay in this country house, a former Norman building fully renovated and decorated in 2022, situated on a large, wooded and enclosed plot of 2,000 m². Very comfortable and warm, it consists of a large living room of 60 m2, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. You will enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol. Ideally located 3min from Pourville-sur-Mer beach and less than 2 hours from Paris.

Relax as a couple or as a family (ideal for a family with 2 children), but please note that the house cannot accommodate more than 3 adult guests. The ‘La Sellerie’ gîte is located in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by nature, with a private 5-hectare park containing horses, sheep and goats. 5 minutes by car from the first shops and the possibility of shopping by bike because the valley that leads to Criel sur Mer (shops) is totally flat

Between beach and plain, seaside house

You will enjoy the beach 50 m away and the stunning view of the plain immortalized by Claude Monet with his famous painting "La Gare Monet" painted during his stays in Pourville cf photo view of the house. You can also enjoy oysters with friends and family in front of the house. The green bike path "Vélo Route du Lin" will allow you to discover the hinterland. The GR21 will take you hiking on the heights of the coastal cliffs.

Quiet, on the heights of Pourville, less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach, a house with a through living room (access to the 2 terraces) with a perfectly equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, large fridge) sitting area with wood stove. 2 bedrooms ( one with a bed of 180 that can be transformed into 2 beds of 90, the other with a bed of 140), a shower room (basin, towel dryer), separate toilet.
