Cottage 10 minutes from Paris and La Défense

In a small independent house, at the bottom of our garden, very quiet and green, come and discover this cozy little nest completely refurbished and carefully decorated. Located 10 minutes from the center of Paris (Saint Lazare train station) and 10 minutes from La Défense (by bus), 30 minutes from the Defense Arena. Well located and close to all amenities (public transport, shops, pharmacy, bakery, etc.). Coffee and tea are available, linens and towels are available.

Quiet outbuilding

We rent our outbuilding equipped on the ground floor: a fully equipped open kitchen area in which you can eat and a shower room with toilet then upstairs: a living room with sofa bed, TV, internet and large storage spaces and a very quiet bedroom overlooking the garden. The property is located 5 minutes' walk from Pierre Lagravere Park, all shops and transport (T2, bus 304, SNCF train station) close to La Défense and 10 minutes by train from Paris Saint-Lazare.

The Urban Oasis, quiet close to Paris

This studio offers a peaceful setting while being very close to Paris. It is at the latest standards (built in 2025). The defense by RER A in 12 min. St Lazare by train in 12 min, or 20min if omnibus. Lyon station in 30min by RER A. The exterior is still under construction (garden). But we tried to make the space as comfortable as possible. A security deposit of €100 is required on arrival for guests with less than 2 positive reviews (higher for long stays).

Charming Guest House of 60m² ideal for families

You will have a pleasant stay in our 60 m², peaceful guest house that offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You will be close to Paris and Versailles. The accommodation is equipped to accommodate 6 guests, it has air conditioning, a double bed as well as a folding bed and a sofa bed. Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and hairdryer are included. Located in a very quiet residential area, you will have all the amenities of the city center with its shops and RER train station located just 6/8 minutes' walk away. From the station, it's very easy to get to Paris Champs-Elysées (17 minutes). Total independence to make yourself at home. A TV with standard channels has been installed.

Guest house with independent entrance located very quiet in a green area without vis-à-vis. We are 100m away from the train station : 25 minutes from PAris (Saint-Lazare station), 10 minutes from La Défense. The double bed can be turned into a sofa very easily. Kitchenette with coffee machine, 2 induction hotplates. Shower room with hair dryer. Enjoy the terrace with a dining area when the weather is nice!

In short, a true haven of peace, ideal for visiting Paris, Versailles and/or reaching quickly La Défense.

Southwest of Paris, easy access from Orly, the Parc des Expositions is 20 minutes away by public transport. Equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. In season, enjoy the pool shared with the owners. The pool is open and heated with the onset of sunny days, roughly from May to September.
