Monthly Rentals in Hau‘ula Beach Park

My stay at Mai Tide was amazing. The place was exactly as described, clean and welcoming. The location was ideal as I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean right outside the window. It was very quiet and peaceful and I hardly noticed anyone in the next house. The neighbors are all very friendly and I loved how most neighbors had friendly dogs. I was so sad my trip had to end but I can’t wait to be back and I most definitely would stay here again. I couldn’t really ask for anything more, it was a perfect authentic Hawaii serene stay.

Mikes place was great! The space was very clean, very well thought out, and traveler friendly! Located in a small rural neighborhood so you get a true experience of North Shore Hawaii. The landscape on his property was also very well thought out, well kept, and enjoyable. Location is convenient to many places on the North Shore and a beautiful drive to the South side of the island. Mike was very responsive prior to arrival, during our stay, and on one issue we had while there. The issue was out of his control but he resolved it as quickly as he could. Compared to our stay at Turtle Bay Resort last year, at the same time, this would be my first choice. The value here is much better than the resort. 100% recommend and hope to visit again! The appliances, beds, bathrooms, furniture, dishes, showers, fans etc were all very good quality. This makes a big difference in a week long stay. Mike didnt go the cheap route for this place!

A really cute s place that had included amenities such as kitchen to meet the common essentials (why, hello Coffee!☕️ 😁) and cleanness plus tidy! There have a private porch where we can hang out and have a coffee in the morning that gives us a glimpse of paradise! I can give 5 stars for Sunee and her lovely family because she able to reply us soon as possible for any minor issues and her clear instructions about this place as well. We had no problem to drive and arrived there on our first night that day just because she is able to describe the destination to her place well. And they surely made us feeling so welcome in this place Only there are very small issues: noise above us kids with loud thumps and thunders feeling. But it does came with warning ahead before we come here. It’s only come in and go. 😊 Ideally, for a travelers who are only go out all day for a great adventure, not staying in. I mean, there had SOOOOO MANY OFFERS TO SEEEEE OUT THERE!

Nice family neighborhood that met our needs for a few days.
