Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Ihr erreicht alles was das Herz begehrt zu Fuß und habt den Bahnhof Rheinsberger Tor direkt nebenan. Praktisch für Ausflüge ins Umland oder die Anbindung an Berlin. Wer nach einer individuellen Unterkunft sucht und evtl. die Auszeit nutzen möchte, um einen kleinen Gitarren oder Songwriterworkshop in professionellem Tonstudio mit Stargeschichte zu machen - ist bei uns genau richtig <3.

Zimmer Nr. 2 im Süden von Berlin (Marienfelde)

Willkommen im Süden Berlins. In unserem großen Einfamilienhaus stellen wir zwei Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung. Das Gästebad ist ausschließlich unseren Airbnb-Gästen vorbehalten. In der Küche findest du Utensilien für ein kleines Frühstück (Müsli/Kaffee/Tee), welches du dir gerne selber bereiten kannst. Zum Brandenburger Tor gibt es eine direkte S-Bahn Verbindung (15 Minuten Fahrzeit). Den S-Bahnhof Marienfelde erreichst du in wenigen Gehminuten. Allergikerinfo: wir haben eine (Outdoor) Katze.

We do not have any pets. A healthy breakfast is available for €6. Organic coffee and tea unlimited. Canoe rental €20/day. Our two bathing lakes here are connected to the entire lake district. Our property is pet friendly and we welcome pets at 10euro per pet per night cost. We offer breakfast at 10euro per person per day cost. Breakfast time between 7:00 to 9:30PM.

Wir bieten regulär Platz für bis zu 10 Personen (plus Aufbettung für bis zu 13. Personen), können aber auf Anfrage gern unsere Ferienwohnung für weitere 2 bis 4 Personen mit anbieten.
