Monthly Rentals in Hay

The cottage was perfect for our short stay in Hay-on-Wye. A great location, for browsing the many book and crafts shops. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Very cosy, we will definitely stay there again.

Rita's place was lovely. Really well decorated and a good size for a solo traveller. So many thoughtful touches, like milk, bread, butter, fruit and biscuits were supplied. There was even a vase of flowers. Plenty to keep you amused with a large bookshelf, puzzles and a large screen to project TV onto, with all the apps such as Netflix and IPlayer.. I was very cosy. It was also lovely to have a candlelit bath on my first night. Although it's on the outskirts of Hay on Wye, it didn't take long to walk into the town which can be along the road, or by taking footpaths which lead to the Warren. I really enjoyed exploring the area on foot, and Hay is such a lovely little town, especially if you like books! I am planning to return in the summertime as it was such an enjoyable stay. Rita is a very responsive host and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful couple of days in Hay. The house is exactly as described and is lovely. Bed is super comfy and living room and dining room are a great size. Kitchen and conservatory are ideal as well. A perfect place to explore the surrounding area. There is a walk just minutes away which takes you to the Warren and field for walks. Another couple of minutes up the hill is Hay and a plethora of bookshops and places to unwind. Andy is very responsive and helpful. I hope to be back one day to explore the area more.

We had a lovely weekend at Jacquie's place in Hay. It's a nice one bedroom, very clean and a great location, outside of the town centre so quiet if you need it, but just a few minutes walk into the main attractions of Hay. definitely great for a 1-2 person stay!
