This beautiful Oakland Oasis was better than I imagined it would be! This place exceeded my expectations! Coming through the gate the first night, to a path of twinkling lights leading us to our adorable cabin took my breath away! It was the perfect location for peace and quiet right in the middle of Oakland. My only regret is that I didn’t spend more time on the property. We flew in from out of state to visit friends and spent a lot of time out and about. I definitely want to come back to spend more time hanging out in the backyard with the goats and chickens. My 13-year-old loved the backyard, the trampoline and the animals. The location was very walkable and within several blocks of many restaurants and shops. We rented a car and street parking was easily accessible. Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park was only an 8 minute drive away and we spent most mornings walking through the mountains enjoying the beautiful trees and views of San Francisco. Highly recommend this listing!

I had a magic few days at Lori and Mike's. I drive a VW passat and I found the drive up the mountain to be non-challenging and even very fun by the end. The hosts are cool and easy to get along with. A+ doggo. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. I usually stay in SF when I'm in the Bay Area. This was much more lovely and relaxing, with SF close enough that going in for dinner or a show felt like it wasn't a big deal. 100% would recommend this place. I brought my cat and had my lady friend with me for a night. Everyone loved it.

My stay was wonderful. The lodging was impeccably clean, with a spotless bedroom and lavatory. The amenities were great, and the fridge was a nice touch. The exterior featured a lovely garden with fantastic views of the Bay Area. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The lodging is in the back, in a garden and near the swimming pool and tennis court. The backdrop is beautiful, and the host and hostess were friendly and accommodating. There is privacy and the area offers much in terms of restaurants and shopping. The internet is broadband, so one can work in the lodging. Amy and Lou are wonderful people----worthy of friendship in any circumstance.

Heel prettig en goed verzorgd verblijf. Er is overal aan gedacht. Video is ook erg leuk. Radhia gaf steeds snel antwoord op vragen. We gaan volgende week weer terug met veel plezier.

This was a perfect place to decompress during a busy work trip. The space is beautiful, and the attached gym is such a nice treat! Everything was exactly as described, clean and lovely. I would definitely stay again!

Barbara and her Backyard Beach House were wonderful. Best stocked Air B & B we've ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Especially convenient for us because we were visiting family a mile away. We'll definitely stay again. Thanks!

Ray’s place is like a home away from home tor us and we appreciate especially his accommodating change that arose this trip - quiet house, convenient location, and everything we needed.

Cozy apartment with immaculate and comfortable living space--perfect for a couple. Bonus is the beautifully landscaped enclosed backyard space with a courtyard in front of the apartment. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and fully functional. Short walk to local restaurants and shopping. Mary Lee was a friendly, flexible and responsive host, who even before we booked went out of her way to clock the distance between the apartment and our son's home which was much appreciated. Great place, great host, great experience--highly recommend!.

David is an AMAZING host. He took care of us form the get go and made sure we were right at home. We had some issues shortly after check in but David personally came down to make sure all was well. Such a great host, will definitely stay again. Also Such an amazing location and property. Ruby in the heart of sausilto with amazing roof top views. Very quiet and safe area as well, and 7/11 right down the street.

This place was spotless, and was a nice, private unit with a view of their beautiful garden. Instructions that were given were very detailed and easy to follow, and even had videos where applicable that were helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful, but still very convenient for getting around in San Jose.

This is our 5th stay. Our grandson loves being here. This time one of the things we did was drive up the road to Fairfax to see Thunderbolt, and then we had a Marvel Movie Marathon with all the comforts of home and a much larger TV. Matthew pronounced it "a nice set up!" We have easily had family dinners and holiday celebrations and appreciate having Safeway, a park, trails and many conveniences within easy walking distance. When driving, there are all kinds of great restaurants, parks, and other activities well worth exploring. Our family is in Corte Madera and SF so we really like this location. We usually come at Christmas so the spring weather was a delight. Susan's flowers were blooming. She had put 2 sprays of gorgeous yellow orchids in a kitchen window. She also had vases of roses and 1 of white orchids on tables and counters. Such a thoughtful touch. We are both readers; she recommended a book to me, and my book is now reading it in Sept. Creole Cottage is an easy place to be.

We had an event in Palo Alto and friends to visit in San Francisco and San Jose, so picked Katie's place to stay as it seemed central for our needs. The cottage sits in an enclosed backyard, but the main house was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, but the hot water took a tad longer to heat up fully in the shower (it was perfectly hot once it got up to temperature). Overall, the AirBnB was as described and cozy for the two brief nights we spent in it!

Beautiful little place up in the redwoods! Loved the weather gloomy but great for finding banana slugs! Robert was excellent help.

First off I want to publicly say Thank Betsey for everything!! Great location, easy freeway access. Very close to downtown for restaurants and entertainment. For extended stays it is the best!!

My grandpa and grandma stayed here and they said this was the best bead and breakfast they have experienced in their life. huge thanks to Silvia for being responsive and making my grandparents feel at home!

I stayed here three times by myself for meetings in the area. It is a quiet neighborhood, the bed is comfortable, and is equipped with everything I needed. The directions to get in very clear and they have lights everywhere to help if you come in when it's dark like I did.

Great stay with David and Margeret in Sunnyvale. The house is in a safe, quiet area with easy and convenient parking. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. David and Margeret are very friendly and understanding hosts – highly recommended!

A great stay. Matthew, Tim & Co. were very responsive, and check-in and out was easy with the August app. A very comfortable place, spotlessly clean, and conveniently located for our needs. Would absolutely stay here again!

Decent size rooms. And great that each one comes with its own bathroom and shower.
