Large apartment close to the center of Graz, old building

Smart old building apartment in a central old town location with a view of the Schloßberg. The 100 m² apartment scores with generous amenities. We can accommodate a maximum of 5 people with two separate bedrooms. The large living/dining room overlooking the green Murufer is in the center of the apartment. Footpath along the Mur approx. 10 minutes to the city center. Supermarket and bakery on the other side of the Mur. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops along the Mur towards Schloßberg. Cheap parking is close by.

About the clouds

The property is located at an altitude of 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by its cozy atmosphere and quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts. Die kleine neue charmante Wohnung (non-smoking) ist exklusiv eingerichtet und eignet sich ideal sowohl für einen kurzen aber auch längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Hervorzuheben sind die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Hauptbahnhof, Köflach Bahnhof und Straßenbahn) sowie die Nähe zu den umliegenden Erholungsflächen wie zum Beispiel Schloss Eggenberg, Plabutsch und Auster. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 min mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Drei E-Ladestationen befinden sich vor dem Haus.

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen. Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
