Leiligheten er et romslig loft. Her er detaljene designet av nordiske arkitekter, i en skandinavisk stil for koselige kvelder og arbeid. Stuen er stor og luftig med sofa og spiseplass. Her er det loftsvinduer og autentisk treverk i taket og heltre gulv. Soverommet er romslig med en stor komfortabel seng og en praktisk kjøkkenkrok.
