A private hot tub right outside the tent is ready and heated for check-in! The light from decorative lamps creates a special atmosphere. On the deck outside you can relax in comfortable chairs. A table of elk antlers is created for 2 wine glasses. The outdoor area also has a dining table, barbecue, equipment for simple cooking. Outdoor toilet with sink.

Lavvo space at the storytelling festival

During the Helgøya Storytelling Festival, it is possible to stay overnight at Skurven Friluftsområde. If you do not want to bring your own tent, you can rent a place in a 15-person Tentipi yurt (where 10 people can sleep comfortably), where you share the tent with up to nine other festival participants. The tent is waterproof and windproof and is supplemented with its own inner floor (Floor Pro) that ensures that water does not enter from below. Bring your own sleeping bag and sleeping pad. Contact the festival for more space, 10 places are available.

Rent 15 P-lavvo in outdoor area

Helgøya is a beautiful place to discover, with many activities and hidden stories. If you want simple accommodation and do not want to bring your own tent, you have the opportunity to rent a 15-person Tentipi yurt from us (the yurt is comfortable for 10 P). The yurt comes with Floor Pro so that no moisture enters through the ground. The lavvu provides good protection against wind, cold and rain. We will set up the lavvu for you after booking, but only at Skurven Friluftsområde. Bring your own sleeping bag and sleeping pad.

Hammock tent in Høyt og Lavt Gålå climbing park

Hammock tent in the forest in the upper part of Høyt og Lavt Gålå climbing park. Enjoy a day in the climbing park with a dip in the Gålåvannet, before you crawl up into the hammock tent with duvets, pillows and wool blanket and enjoy the fresh mountain air and the sounds of nature. The tent is made up for two people, but an extra mattress can be added for children. Toilet facilities are available for you at Gålå Alpin Fjellkafe. You can also buy food and drinks during their opening hours.

Hammock sleepover by the lake

Experience the ultimate outdoor adventure in Oslo, that combines natural beauty, hiking, SUP and authentic Norwegian culture. Before we start the trek, we'll pass by a grocery store where you can buy some supplies. We'll set up hammocks, SUP and camp stove. I provide all the outdoor gear you need, including sleeping bags, mats, hammocks, SUP boards, waterproof bags, and a stove for cooking etc. Instructions will be given. A tent is available up on request.

"The Shepherd's Dome" (Arctic Domes)

We rent two "Arctic Domes" which are located on our small sheep farm. We overlook the valley (Gudbrandsdalen), with a view of the river and the Jotunheimen massif. Shared bathroom when the second dome is inhabited and 50 m from the Dome. Possibility of barbecuing. A fridge is available. Furnished terrace. Breakfast on order. We will be on site to welcome you, advise you on the possibilities of walks. No electricity in the Dome!

Glamping tent furnished with 160 cm double bed. The tent is located by itself right down at the edge of a stream It is equipped with camping chairs and tables, as well as a fire pan. There is a storm kitchen and red spirit available in the tent. Sanitary facilities are available about 100 m from the tent. There is a shower and a toilet.

Bring your loved one or family on an idyllic moment alone on a jetty. Bring sausages and barbecue skewers and eat some sausages while you fire up the sauna.
