By car, you can get to the popular Franconian Lake District in about 30 minutes. Shopping facilities are available in the village.

Our charming apartment with horse views is located in the heart of our farm in our residential building, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmansdorf). The spacious veranda (8 x 3 m, absolutely barrier-free), which invites you to enjoy the sunrise and from which you can admire the horses that run past here several times a day, is the highlight of this apartment... The apartment is completely barrier-free.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a small child. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large double bed and a large sofa bed, and there is a single bed in the second room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with a shower. The terrace, which leads to the annex flat, invites you to relax and linger. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train, which takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Pets only on request.

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
