The apartment has a separate entrance and is part of our converted barn. We live next door with our 2 children and our dog Sepp. Kurzenaltheim is in a quiet location, surrounded by nature. From here, you can enjoy numerous excursions to the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühl Valley. 1-2 children can stay on a mattress with you. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures a good night's sleep. The accommodation has been lovingly and individually furnished. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. Barbecuing and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox can each be booked separately.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a small child. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large double bed and a large sofa bed, and there is a single bed in the second room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with a shower. The terrace, which leads to the annex flat, invites you to relax and linger. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train, which takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Pets only on request.

The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish.
