Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr leicht zu erreichen sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit dem ÖPNV. Die Bushaltestelle wo die Büsse von Kiel Hauptbahnhof halten ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rewe, Rossmann, Bäckerei, Bio Gemüse Laden, Fleischerei sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und Cafes, im Ort und am direkt Strand. Der Strand, Strandpromenade und Golfplatz sind ebenso um die Ecke.

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

An open plan living and dining area invites you to spend convivial evenings at the large kitchen table or on the sofa. At the back of the house is a garden with a terrace and views of nature.

Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.
