The 5* **** apartment "11° East" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolutely prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve Graswarder. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

The flat was fully renovated on 26/01. The flat is suitable for 2 adults and one child. One cot + extras are included. A third adult can be provided with a mattress. 1 dog cushion is available upon request. You will have your own terrace with separate access to the apartment. The location is very peaceful, rural. 200 metres to a lake where you can swim. It is ideal for cycling and hiking tours. With its lakes in OH, it is also possible to hire canoes/kayaks. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people.
