The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The loft is located in Heimburg. Spatially in the middle between the half-timbered town of Wernigerode and the UNESCO heritage site of Quedlinburg. It is located in an exceptional house with two residential units and is centrally located in a spacious garden in the quiet village center. High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, large awnings, pool and a unique decor characterize the property. In front of the house, there is free parking and a charging station for guests with an electric car.

We offer you a very well equipped, bright & modern apartment in a quiet location, not far from the Hasseröder Ferienpark with sauna and swimming pool and the Harzer narrow-gauge railway. The apartment has a bright living area. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and reclining chair. On the upper floor is the quiet sleeping area. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

Old town apartment on the Domäne

The apartment at the estate is new, modernly furnished and has 62 square meters. It consists of an open living room with a dining area on a small gallery, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom in the basement can be reached via a spiral staircase. From the bedroom you can go to the outdoor terrace to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and also use the fire bowl or grill. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Harzchalet Emma 3 - my Sauna - Sankt Andreasberg

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.
