When you gaze into the distance, your mind relaxes, and here you can enjoy this effect as the horizon opens up to 300° and the farthest views extend over 20 km. The cottage has a living room with kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace with baking oven, a loft, 2 verandas and 2 balconies, a 3-person sauna with wood and electric stoves, a shower, a toilet, a smart TV and an air-source heat pump. In addition to the cottage, the large lawned front garden also features an old, vacant farmhouse and a stone outbuilding.

Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Preparing food with the Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the terrace on a gas barbecue. Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. Guests have access to the entire cottage, which includes sleeping accommodation for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

Cottage 55m² and new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddleboard and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Two double beds, one of which can be split into two. Bed linens and towels are included. In the winter, the possibility of sledding from the yard directly to the Heinävesi sled trails. Good opportunities for outdoor activities. The yard can accommodate a truck. It's possible to rent for stays longer than 2 nights.

Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Although our small, modern and stylish sauna cabin is part of our residential courtyard, here you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful views. There are excellent fishing opportunities on the lake. What's more, the location is ideal for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Summer cottage by the clear water

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Child-friendly, slowly deepening sandy beach and clear water. The place has great fishing opportunities. There is also culture nearby, e.g. Valamo Monastery (12 km), Palokissa Ronttopuisto (16 km) and Varistaipaleen canals and museum (12 km). Karvio's rapids and shop are 7.8 km away.
