The cottage is entirely new, located at the back of an old Basque farmhouse from the 17th century. The 16 sqm bedroom is located in a mezzanine with a wrought iron railing. The bathroom is equipped with an 80x120 cm shower as well as a dry towel radiator. The toilet is separate. the kitchen is fully equipped with cold ventilated refrigerator, 4 induction light cooking plate, catalysis oven, washing machine 7 kgs, hood, microwave. TV and wifi.

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!
