Charming 125 year old house with beautiful details, big windows and a stunning light. A private garden with terracce and BBQ for lovely summer evenings with good food and come wine. The location is exceptionel with only a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and playground - and good shopping! The city center of Copenhagen is easily reached either with car (15 min) or train (10 min). Two big bedrooms upstairs (kids rooms); one room with 2 x 120 cm beds that can easily be shared by 4 kids. And one room with a single bed that can be extended to 160 cm. One double bed in the basement. No parking on the premise but free parking in the street in front of the house.

Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Herfra kan I hurtigt og nemt kommer ind til alle seværdighederne i København eller nyder de mange faciliteter i området. Lejligheden ligger øverst i en rolig opgang og har stor sydvendt, uforstyrret altan. Lige nedenfor lejligheden finder I dagligvarebutik, en god bager samt busforbindelser.

Lejl. er en ældre, privat bolig, hvor jeg bor til dagligt med mine to teenage drenge, så forvent ikke 'hotel cleaning' - men der imod et charmerende privat hjem.

Free parking on the street.

Sunny balcony off the bedroom to take your morning coffee and chill for the rest of the day. Fast wifi. 10min walk to train station. Bus in front of building.

Den rummelige og lyse bolig på 1. sal ligger tæt på skov, historiske parker og dejlige strande og med nem hurtig adgang til Københavns centrum. Huset ligger op til et fredeligt villa område, i gå afstand til indkøbsmuligheder på Jægersborg Alle og mindre end fem minutters gang fra Charlottenlund station hvorfra du kan komme til Københavns centrum f.eks. Nørreport Station på 15 minutter.

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i denne stilfulde bolig. Der er et soveværelse i boligen. Dertil er der også en stue, badeværelse og køkkenalrum, med spisebord og funktionelt køkken. Lejligheden ligger tæt på havet, og en masse gode butikker og resturanter. Der er 300 meter til nærmeste indkøb, og bussen ind mod københavn går lige oppe for enden af vejen.
