“The Bear” season 2, Houseboat in the heart of Copenhagen. 65 sqm, 4 rooms, bright and cosy flat on houseboat placed in the very center of Copenhagen but still quiet surroundings, sleeps 4 -5 persons. 3 beds sleeps 5 + extra mattress. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The bathroom/toilet is small! The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street and a covered parking space in the driveway.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place
