Fantastic villa with heated pool and spa

Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so no matter the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there is plenty of room to play, cozy up or watch a great movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor and in addition room + crearum and dressing area on the ground floor.

Luxury villa close to Beach & Cph city center

Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Inspired by both Japanese and Scandinavian architecture, stepping into the large villa is a very special experience. Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!
