Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

Our cottage is newly refurbished but retaining many original features and is situated in Helston town just a couple of minutes’ walk away from shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also a small cinema. We have an enclosed garden, which catches the sun in the afternoon and evening – ideal for bbq's and alfresco dining - and private parking for two cars.
