My place is in Dortmund Wickede, and is located on the city border to Unna. The connection to road and public transport (bus, tram and S-Bahn, BvB Stadion) is very good and can be reached within 2-3 minutes. The distance to the city center of Dortmund is 12 km, with the S-Bahn S4 to the Stadthaus stop in 12 minutes. In Wickede there are shops, restaurants and opportunities for breakfast. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers. Since the bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, is under a sloping roof, it is narrower for two people than in a freestanding bed (see photos).

A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Enjoy the quiet relaxed location in a complete way outside of Iserlohn. NEWLY renovated apartment, 95 m². This is suitable for 4 people ( +evt.2P. Sofa bed living room request please arrange with other guests as the bedding etc. is coordinated with it and per person 10 euros more will be charged. ) . The apartment is located on the first floor (staircase). The apartment has a washing machine, dryer as well as a drying rack. There is parking right outside the front door.

Iserlohn - Modern basement apartment

The apartment is located in Sümmern on the outskirts of Iserlohn in a quiet but central location. A car is recommended. From the Iserlohn-Seilersee exit, you can reach us in 7 minutes. The sights such as Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee with swimming pool and ice rink, the Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund and the Sorpesee are easily accessible. A terrace in front of the door is at your disposal, with table and chairs, to end your day in peace in the evening.

It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland Forest Route is right around the corner and many attractions are nearby (Reckenhöhle, Balver Höhle, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpe is a few minutes away by car. The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Beautiful friendly apartment

Our guest apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. Near the lung clinic (approx. 3 minutes' walk) and the city center (about 5 minutes' walk). Bed linens or corkscrew, everything is available. All shops and very good restaurants nearby. Bus station - 5 minutes' walk Highway A 46 - 5 minutes by car Parking spot outside the house. Check-in window 3 PM - 8 PM (later only by appointment)
