Cosy cottage with garden, patio and parking

The Mistle is a gorgeous, quaint cottage (sleeps 4) at the far end of a historic barn. Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. Includes parking, fast wifi and great outdoor space. Dog friendly.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Rose cottage is dog friendly. Ideally located just 4 mins walk from the town centre. with its multitude of places to eat out and drink from romantic restaurants to family friendly diners and cozy real ale pubs to lively cocktail bars. many festivals of art, food and folk music throughout the year and of course, the famous Picturedrome music venue. Holmfirth has something for everyone, nestled in a beautiful setting, surrounded by the idyllic countryside of the Peak District and dales.

Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

Original stone flooring and a juliet balcony. 2 bedrooms, both en-suite. ** Unfortunately, due to the steep steps / hard stone flooring and an open log burner, this property is not really suitable for toddlers & children under 10 years of age **
