Two properties available, one sleeping 4 and the other sleeping 3. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two properties, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

Gite at "la ferme du chateau"

Layout of a cottage for 4 people , under attic in our longhouse of "la ferme du château", stone farmhouse located on 1 hour. Two bedrooms with one 140 cm bed and one 160 cm bed, and space for 2 more people (folding bed in the living room: chapel ceiling). (10 euro surcharge/night for more than 5 people). Free baby kit. One night for 70 euros, minimum 2 nights + 1.10 euro/tourist tax/adult. Cleaning not included (€30 extra if desired) + €10/bed made tranquility and a change of scenery guaranteed.

The Cottage of Puppets.: Bullfinch

Former Puppet Museum, this part of the adjoining thatched cottage is typical of Brièronne. Ideal exposure to enjoy the outdoors, with its enclosed garden. On the ground floor, living room including kitchenette and living room (a sofa bed for 2 beds) with access to the garden. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase) a bedroom, with open bathroom and open toilet. Close to the coast, Guérande, La Roche Bernard, in the heart of the Briere for beautiful walks. Please note, linens are not provided

Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

The pond cottage

Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

La Brière, a regional park since 1970, will offer you a multitude of bike or barge rides, in order to discover the protected fauna and flora in this corner of France away from the tumult of the Coast.
