Hello , This beautiful apartment/house was completed in 2024. Fulda is 10 minutes away by car or train. Train station and city bus are 300 meters away. 2 parking spaces, towels, bed linens, ironing board, iron, washing machine, dryer, bathrobes, safe, fiber optic, dishes, kettle, toaster, Philipps Senseo pad incl. Pads, tea etc. are provided free of charge. The barrel sauna outside is at your disposal free of charge. Wallbox costs €0.40/kWh. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us :-)

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our spacious and lovingly furnished apartment (140 sqm). Renovated in 2024, the apartment consists of a living area with access to the balcony and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Our apartment for 2-8 people with direct access to the Vulkanradweg [Volcano Cycle Path] (10 m) is located in a quiet suburban location with wonderful views of the old town of Herbstein in the Hoher Vogelsberg Nature Park.

Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Sheikh House "Living in a historic barn"

More than 20 years ago we bought the Scheiche House, a detached house in the beautiful Vogelsberg volcanic region. Formerly, the farmhouse consisted of a residential house, a stable and the barn. We have both worked in tourism and long run a holiday village. When we retired, we decided it was impossible without guests! We have always dreamed of renovating the old barn of our house – and now it was the right time.

Our vacation home on the Alte Hasel is a natural vacation home for up to 12 people in the middle of the Vogelsberg volcanic region. On a 3000 sqm property is the detached house between tall trees, a large pond and the Alte Hasel creek. The house has two areas. The main apartment with 4 bedrooms and the secondary apartment with 2 sleeping areas. A total of 6 bathrooms/toilets are available.
