This is an upstairs apartment on Historic Route 66 with gated and secured parking. One bedroom with a queen size bed, and tv. One bathroom with a standup shower. Full kitchen, pots, pans, dishes, utensils with a dining room table. The living room has a tv, futon, twin foldout bed, and leather loveseat. The living room opens onto the balcony overlooking the fenced-in yard. Uniquely decorated in Route 66 décor. There are no cleaning fees. No chores for you to do. Pets are allowed at $5.00 a pet.

Gene's Place is a great location! You will be close to everything Canyon has to offer. It's a short walk to WTAMU campus and events. Only a 15 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon and all it has to offer. In a short 2 minute drive, you can be eating and shopping in our downtown. Amarillo is a short drive for a bigger city experience.
