In the heart of the Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 2nd floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the hall is the bathroom. The areas mentioned are only used by the guests. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the 1st floor on the right. So, there is usually someone on site and we are happy to help with any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of town in a secluded location. It is about a 1 km walk to the city center and about 200 m to the forest.

Located directly in the center of town on the Lake Constance-Königsee cycle path between Lindau and Oberstdorf. An ideal starting point for all activities. There is a shopping facility in the village at the "Regiomat" where you can buy milk, eggs, meat and drinks 24 hours a day, as well as on Saturday at the bakery in the village. The nearest small shop is 2 km away.

The local recreation area of Niederwangen invites you to hike, run and cycle in summer. In winter, it serves as the perfect starting point for winter sports fans due to its proximity to the Allgäu Alps and the cross-country trails right in the village. Familienfreundlich, geräumig und in ruhiger Umgebung, finden bei uns 4 bis 6 Gäste (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Kinderbett und optional ein Schlafsofa für 2 Pers. im Wohnzimmer) ein gemütliches Zuhause. Wangen im Allgäu ist 5 km entfernt und der Bodensee oder die Alpen sind in 30 - 45 min erreichbar. Ein Vorraum bietet Platz für E-Bikes und Kinderwägen. Apartment for 2 people with terrace and private entrance. In addition to a fridge, the kitchen has a 2-burner stove, oven with microwave and is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower/toilet. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed. Wi-Fi is included in the price. TV, non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed. Bedding is available, as are dish towels. The inn and shopping with a bakery are about 3 km away. 20 minutes by car to Lake Constance.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
