Fully renovated 17th-century country manor with access to a swimming pool (April to end of October), at the crossroads of Brittany, Anjou and the Pays de la Loire, located 12 km from Châteaubriant and 40 km from Nantes and Rennes. The Square Tower is completely self-contained and includes on 3 levels a fitted kitchen, living room, suite and bedroom. Private garden Quiet and relaxing place ideal for discovering the Chateaux de la Loire, the Forêt de Brocéliande and the beaches of the Atlantic.

In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

La Belle Jeannette, Nice 3-star country cottage

Country cottage, fully equipped and renovated in a 17th century farmhouse, located in a small hamlet surrounded by fields and forests. Between La Gacilly and the megalithic site of St-Just, 10 km from Redon and all its amenities. We have ponies: children who want to help feed and care for them are more than welcome! The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
